As a qualified Counsellor and coach, I offer a safe space to explore what’s on your heart. Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering from trauma, or adjusting to motherhood or family life, our sessions are tailored to your needs.

How I can support you

These sessions offer a safe, compassionate space to explore whatever is on your heart; this can be individual or family/couples counselling.

Common themes include:

  • Birth trauma or fear of giving birth

  • Anxiety, worry, overwhelm

  • Postpartum adjustment and relationship changes

  • Identity shifts and motherhood/family dynamic transitions

  • Grief and Loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, death of a baby/child, identity loss)

  • Parenting with self-compassion

  • Rebuilding confidence and clarity

  • Reconnecting with yourself after children or next stage of life

My Approach:

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and whole-person counselling and coaching approaches. Faith-based interventions are also woven in where appropriate. My work is always person-centred and trauma-informed. Each session is collaborative — there’s no one-size-fits-all, just warm, grounded care that honours your story.

I also offer walk and talk therapy, where we can meet outdoors and walk together during the session. This approach provides a relaxed, natural setting that can help you feel more comfortable and open as we explore what matters to you.
